On Friday, France’s highest administrative judicial authority published its February 24 decision supporting the expansion of reporting requirements under the Loi Bertrand, or French Sunshine Act.
The ruling of the Conseil d’Etat (Council of State) deletes language from the May 29, 2013 Circular of the Minister of Social Affairs and Heath, that provided that remuneration for services rendered did not constitute reportable benefits (avantages) under the Loi Bertrand.
